1. Universal type: For ordinary stator products, the general machine has high versatility and can be suitable for various types of products, only need to replace the mold.

2. Special type: Generally for large-volume single stator products, or customized stator products, for products with high speed and precision requirements, they can be divided into high-speed winding machines and non-standard winding machines.

Second, according to the configuration points:

1. Servo motor: The winding machine is equipped with a servo motor and a control system. For products with difficult stator winding or special requirements, the control is relatively accurate, the winding and arranging precision is high, and the cost is relatively high.

2. Ordinary motor: Generally, for products with low requirements and not very particular about wiring requirements, the cost will be lower. It is recommended to choose according to your own product needs, just enough, don’t pursue the upper limit too much.

According to the winding method:

1. Needle-type inner winding: generally the thread nozzle on the needle bar, with enameled wire, constantly moves up and down, or reciprocates up and down, while the mold moves left and right, wrapping the wire in the stator slot, which is suitable for the stator slot. Internal products, such as water pumps, household appliances, power tools and other motor products, and external stators with special requirements are also applicable.

2. Flying fork outer winding: Generally, the method of flying fork winding is adopted. Through the interaction of grinding head, mold, stator rod and guard plate, the enameled wire is wound into the stator slot, which is suitable for products with the slot outward, such as model aircraft. , fascia guns, fans and other motor products.

Fourth, according to the number of positions:

1. Single station: One station operation, mainly for stator products with high stack thickness, thick wire diameter, or large outer diameter, or products with relatively difficult winding.

2. Double station: two stations operate together. For products with general outer diameter and stack thickness, it has a wide range of use and strong versatility. Most products can be applied, and the product models can be varied.

3. Four-station: Generally, it is suitable for products with small outer diameter, thin wire diameter and little difficulty in winding, and the winding speed is relatively fast, which is suitable for large-scale products.

4. Six stations: two more stations are added to the four stations to further increase the output, improve the speed and production efficiency, and are suitable for large batches of single products.
